Our Vision

At Dand we believe that clothing should be enduring, not disposable.

We focus on crafting long-lasting pieces, standing for a shift in the way we approach clothing—a departure from the fast fashion into a slow fashion cycle.
We believe in cultivating a community that values durability. Our dedication to minimizing waste and crafting on demand reflects our commitment to a more sustainable, enduring future. This is our vision - where buying clothes is a reflected choice.

Our Story

Hemo goes DAND

Our past brand “Hemo” was born out of our passion for clothing and enjoying memorable moments with friends. When we first started wearing our own designs, we received positive feedback from friends and others.
The very next day, we gathered at Iggy's uncle's print shop and created a small batch of shirts and hoodies for our friends. The demand steadily grew, and Hemo became known not only within our school but also beyond. However, we faced some unavoidable challenges along the way. After a legal dispute due to name similarities, we had to let go of the name Hemo and made the decision to rebrand as Dand.
Our hands-on approach sets us apart. From refining blanks to using our sewing, printing and embroidery machines, each garment is a statement to our dedication to durability. We believe in crafting enduring pieces that are long-lasting, moving away from the cycle of disposable fashion.
Join us in embracing a new era of conscious fashion—one where personal expression meets durability, and every purchase supports a brighter, mindful future.

At Dand, we strive to be a brand that stands out not only for its designs and high-quality clothing but also for its positive messages and sustainable practices.

Still we place great importance on the quality of our garments. That's why we personally refine our blanks using our own sewing, embroidery, and printing machines. Each piece is meticulously designed and crafted by our team, resulting in a unique touch that makes every product feel like a one-of-a-kind item.

By not relying on mass production, we have the flexibility to produce multiple small runs with different designs, allowing us to maintain our attention to detail and deliver garments that meet our high standards of craftsmanship. We strongly believe that by producing on demand, we can provide our customers with clothing that they wear with pleasure.

How we produce

At Dand, we've reimagined the traditional fashion model to bring you unique and enduring cloth for everyday wear.
Overproduction in fashion is one of the world’s biggest environmental threats. We refuse to make that problem worse. Our on-demand system allows us to accurately anticipate demand levels prior to production. By producing on demand, we significantly reduce waste and the environmental impact associated with excess stock.

Every collection we launch, will be available on-demand at 30% off. You have one week to pre-order, after which we will close the ordering window. We then calculate exactly how many units of each new style should be produced and begin manufacturing. It's that simple.

Why On Demand?

  • Each garment is a product of passion and precision. From our own sewing, embroidery, and printing machines to personally refining carefully chosen blanks, we enjoy working on the products here in our hometown in Germany. This hands-on process ensures that every piece is unique, reflecting our commitment to durability.

  • By avoiding mass production, we offer limited runs with exclusive designs. Our ordering window gives you the opportunity to secure your favorite pieces on a discount price, before they're crafted. Once the window closes, we produce only what's been ordered, emphasizing the value of conscious, early choices. A select few items will be available later at a higher regular price, but in very limited quantities.

  • Order your favorite Dand pieces during the specified period for exclusive pricing. After the pre-order window closes, we begin crafting each order with care, ensuring a unique touch. Very limited post-preorder stock available at higher prices.
